Rush Specialty Drugs Solutions Pharmacy (RSDS) is located in the Professional Building at Rush University Medical Center. The pharmacy offers the following services:
- Insurance verification and price authorization
- Prescription fulfillment and refill management
- Patient education and injection training
- Ongoing monitoring for safe and effective use of drug adherence to therapy
Staff members are fluent in Spanish. We also have medical interpreters to help patients who speak languages other than English.

Our team at the Rush Specialty Drug Solutions Pharmacy (RSDS) works directly with clinical teams to help manage complex, rare, and chronic medical conditions that require specialized medication therapy. These conditions include the following:

Financial assistance
Our specialty pharmacy has dedicated liaisons to help identify and obtain patient financial assistance services and programs.
Co-pay assistance
RSDS has a referral program to help you with your co-pay so that you do not miss taking your medication. We do not want you to go to the emergency room or be hospitalized if you can avoid it by taking your medications.
Aids for people with disabilities
Rush provides free communication aids and services to people with disabilities, such as the following:

- Written information in other formats, such as large print, audio, and accessible electronic formats
