Rush Specialty Pharmacy is located in the Joan and Paul Rubschlager Building at Rush University Medical Center. The pharmacy offers the following services:

- Patient education and injection training
- Ongoing monitoring to assess each medication for appropriateness, effectiveness, safety and adherence
Staff members are fluent in Spanish. We also have medical interpreters to help patients who speak languages other than English.

Our team at Rush Specialty Pharmacy works directly with clinical teams to help manage complex, rare and chronic medical conditions that require specialized medication therapy. These conditions include the following:

Financial and co-pay assistance
Our specialty pharmacy has dedicated liaisons to help identify and obtain patient financial assistance services and programs. We have a referral program to help you with your co-pay so you do not miss taking your medication. We do not want you to go to the emergency room or be hospitalized if you can avoid it by taking your medications.
