Enhanced Convenience at Rush Pharmacy

Now you can manage prescription refills and add or update your payment method directly in MyChart for faster prescription processing. Effective July 2026, you may need to provide a form of payment prior to service for certain services at select Rush pharmacies. Get ready by updating your payment method now.

Pharmacy Services at Rush

Rush has multiple pharmacies located in Chicago and the surrounding area. At Rush Pharmacy, you’ll have access to a comprehensive inventory of medications and personal assistance from our expert staff.

  • Manage prescriptions with MyChart: You can easily see your prescriptions, manage preferred Rush pharmacies, request refills, and provide payment information in MyChart.
  • Notifications: You can choose to receive text or email notifications about your prescriptions.
  • Convenient pick-up options: You can pick up your prescriptions at a Rush pharmacy during business hours.
  • At-home delivery: Rush Pharmacy offers standard mail and overnight prescription delivery options.
  • Meds to Beds: When you’re discharged from the hospital, Rush Pharmacy offers bedside prescription delivery at select locations, so you can go home without stopping at a pharmacy. Talk to your Rush care teams for more information on how to get set up.

Frequently Asked Questions

Start by logging in to your MyChart account. Then, select “medications” on the top of the screen. From there, you can select the prescriptions you want to request a refill for.

You may need your provider to approve a refill. Your request will be sent to your provider to review and approve.

All Rush pharmacy locations are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

You can pick up your prescriptions at a Rush Pharmacy location during business hours. In many cases, home delivery of your prescriptions is also available. Talk with a Rush pharmacy team member to learn more.

You can also pick up your prescriptions 24 hours a day, seven days a week at ScriptCenter, an automated pharmacy kiosk on the fourth floor of the Atrium Building at 1653 W. Congress Parkway. Talk to a pharmacy team member at one of our Chicago locations about enrolling in ScriptCenter.

Home delivery is also available. Allow up to five days for home delivery.

Ask your prescriber to send a new prescription to a Rush pharmacy or speak to a Rush pharmacist at one of our locations to transfer your prescription from your current pharmacy.

Start by logging in to your MyChart account. Then, select “medications” on the top of the screen. From there, select “manage my pharmacies.” You can add new pharmacies by searching by name or zip code. You can also remove preferred pharmacies.

Start by logging in to your MyChart account on your web browser or the MyRush App. Then, select “billing” on the top of the screen. From there, select “manage payment methods” You can add, remove or change your preferred billing method.

There is no cost for prescription delivery. Please allow up to five days for delivery.
