With an E-Visit, you’ll fill out an online questionnaire about your common health concerns, such as a cough, back pain or cold sore — and a Rush provider will send you a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Rush@Home delivers personalized primary care directly to your home — making it easier to stay healthy when leaving the house may be difficult.
Rush Excellence in Primary Care
- Creating a continuum of care: At Rush, there’s a sense of team collaboration across all levels of care. If you need to be referred to a specialist, we won't just send over your files and be done with it. We'll talk to the specialist about you and your concerns. That way, when you see the specialist for the first time — they’ll already know who you are and what you need.
- We take time to listen: We’re here to keep the lines of communication open and help you solve problems. For example, if you’re worried about taking a test or the cost of a medication, we’ll work with you, figuring out your options and developing a care plan with you.
- Flexible scheduling: We've built our appointment schedule around your busy day. We offer same-day and next-day appointments at all of our locations, when available. Our offices are open in the early mornings, evenings and weekends. You don’t have to worry about missing a day of work to come see us.
