Rush Oak Brook Parking, Transportation and Additional Hours
The Rush Oak Brook medical center offers free self-parking in our attached garage (the second floor of the garage offers direct access to the office building).
Many guests and patients who seek care at Rush Oak Brook, located on York Road between Roosevelt Road and West 22nd Street, travel to the medical center from the surrounding areas. Here are directions from some of the most common locations we see visitors from:
- Chicago: Take I-290 West. The highway will split, so continue onto I-88 W by keeping left at the fork. Follow the signs for I-88 Tollway W/Aurora/I-294 Tollway S/Indiana. Merge onto IL-38 West/Roosevelt Road. Take the South York Road exit, then turn left on Clearwater Drive. Patient drop-off/pick-up and the attached parking garage are on the right.
- Elmhurst: Take South York Street/Road, then turn left on Clearwater Drive. Patient drop-off/pick-up and the attached parking garage are on the right.
- Hinsdale: Take Monroe Street north and turn right on West Ogden Avenue. Take a left onto York Road, then turn right onto Clearwater Drive. Patient drop-off/pick-up and the attached parking garage are on the right.
- La Grange Park: Take East 34th Street and turn right onto York Road. Turn left on Clearwater Drive. Patient drop-off/pick-up and the attached parking garage are on the right.
- Lombard: Take IL-38 East/East Roosevelt Road, then exit right onto South York Road/Street. Turn left on Clearwater Drive. Patient drop-off/pick-up and the attached parking garage are on the right.
- Westchester: Take West Cermak Road and continue onto West 22nd Street. Turn right onto York Road, then turn right onto Clearwater Drive. Patient drop-off/pick-up and the attached parking garage are on the right.
- Western Springs: Take Wolf Road north, then turn left onto 31st Street. Turn right onto York Road, then right onto Clearwater Drive. Patient drop-off/pick-up and the attached parking garage are on the right.
Note that some GPS services may direct you to the back of the building or to somewhere other than the entrance to the facility. The entrance is located on the north side of the building off of Clearwater Drive, so you may need to adjust your destination in your GPS.
If you want to take public transportation to Rush Oak Brook, you can use the following routes and lines that run nearby:
- Pace Bus Route 322: Runs along Cermak Road between the CTA Pink Line 54th/Cermak station and Yorktown Center in Lombard. The route connects to the Elmhurst Metra station at Robert T Palmer Drive and Schiller Street. It stops at West 22nd Street (Cermak Road) and Windsor Drive, just a few blocks south of the medical center.
- Pace Bus Route 332: Runs between the CTA Blue Line Rosemont Station and Oakbrook Center. It also connects to the Metra MD-West Line Bensenville Station and the Metra UP-West Line Elmhurst Station on weekdays. It stops at York Street and Clearwater Drive, right outside the medical center.
- Pace Bus Route 301: Runs between the CTA Blue Line Forest Park Transit Center and the Metra UP-West Line Wheaton Station. It stops at York Street and Clearwater Drive, right outside the medical center.
- BNSF Metra – Hinsdale Metra Station: While direct public transportation from this station is not offered, it is only a 10-minute ride by car if you wish to use a rideshare service from the Metra stop.

The lab, located on the second floor of the facility, offers diagnostic imaging services. Some of these services include the following:
- Stress echocardiogram
- DEXA scan
- Ultrasound
- Digital tomosynthesis (DT)
- MRI
- X-ray
We also have a full breast imaging suite with the ability to do mammography, diagnostics and screening, ultrasounds and biopsies.
X-ray imaging is offered as a walk-in service. All other imaging services require an order from a Rush physician and an appointment. Check-in is at the kiosk, also located on the second floor.
