There’s a new face behind the reception desk at Waterford Place Cancer Resource Center. It’s administrative assistant Geraldine Padilla-Sainez, who recently began her new role. She is excited about the position because it allows her to connect with participants.
“I get the opportunity to connect and be of help to anyone using our services,” she says.
Her job entails providing program and administrative support for Waterford Place and encouragement to participants. She is responsible for greeting participants, maintaining the daily schedule, managing tasks around the building, and making sure things are running properly.
“Waterford Place receives everyone with open arms,” she says. “It is the most welcoming facility that I have ever walked into and I am beyond proud to be part of it.”
When not at work, she loves spending time with her daughter, going to the park or painting.
