RUSH Copley Medical Center has been recognized as High Performing in Maternity Care (Uncomplicated Pregnancy) by U.S. News & World Report for the second consecutive year. This is the highest award a hospital can earn in the U.S. News ranking and the second time it has published the list.
“RUSH Copley’s OB-GYNs, midwives and Family Birth Center staff provide exceptional care to our patients close to home,” said John Diederich, president and CEO of RUSH Copley Medical Center. “I am proud that our team has been recognized for the quality care and comfort they continue to provide to our local families.”
RUSH Copley's Family Birth Center offers labor and delivery, post-delivery and baby care, and the only alternative birthing suite in the Fox Valley for those looking for a more natural labor and delivery. If extra care is needed, the level 3 NICU and its expert providers are nearby when seconds matter most.
To be recognized among the Best Hospitals for Maternity, hospitals excelled on objective measures of quality that matter to expectant families, including complication rates, C-section rates in lower-risk pregnancies, early elective delivery rates, and how successfully each hospital supported breastfeeding. Less than half of the hospitals evaluated received the High Performing rating.
RUSH Copley OB-GYN and midwifery providers see patients throughout the greater Fox Valley in Aurora, Oswego and Yorkville. Learn more and make an appointment at rush.edu\localcare.
