Pomegranate Sangria

Combining crisp Granny Smith apples, juicy orange, zesty lime and sweet-tart raspberries, this sangria is brightened with pomegranate juice and finished with a splash of sparkling water for a festive touch. Low in calories but full of fiber and flavor, it’s a perfect drink to enjoy as the weather cools, whether at a cozy gathering or as a cheerful treat for yourself. The rich colors and fresh, fruity notes make it a wonderful addition to any table!

Ingredients

  • 1 small orange, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1 small Granny Smith apple, core removed and thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 12-ounce bottle pomegranate juice
  • 8 ounces of sparkling water 

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine orange slices, apple slices, lime slices and raspberries.  
  2. Using a wooden spoon, muddle the fruit until there is about ¼ cup of juice.
  3. Add pomegranate juice and stir.
  4. Portion into glasses with fruit, about 2/3 full.
  5. Top with sparking water and serve.
