To schedule an appointment at Rush Oak Lawn, you can call the access center at (888) 352-7874. A care coordinator will assist you.
Alternaltively, you can view our providers and schedule through their profiles, including online scheduling for some specialties. Cancer care providers currently only accept appointments via phone at this location.
Depending on your insurance, you may need a referral to get an appointment. Call your insurance provider directly if you have any questions about the need for a referral.
Most patients can get an appointment within a week of calling. Note that medical weight loss patients may need to wait longer, depending on availability.
Rush Oak Lawn does not accept walk-ins or calls directly to the clinic to schedule appointments, so make sure to only schedule via the access center or MyChart if the provider you’d like to see accepts appointments that way.
Rush Oak Lawn Parking and Transportation
Parking at Rush Oak Lawn is free in the parking garage located behind the building. It is easily accessible from Mansfield Avenue.
If you are driving and need directions, Rush Oak Lawn is located just southeast of the intersection of US-20 East/West 95th St. and Southwest Highway between Mayfield Avenue and Mansfield Avenue. It is east of I-294 and IL 43, and it is west of Cicero Avenue.
Public transportation options include the following:
- Pace bus route 381: This bus stops at 95th Street and Mansfield Avenue right next door to Rush Oak Lawn. It travels daily between the CTA Red Line 95th St./Dan Ryan Station and Moraine Valley College in Palos Hills. You can view the bus schedule on the Pace website.
- Metra Southwest Service (SWS) line: This train runs between Chicago’s Union Station and Manhattan, Illinois, on weekdays and stops at Oak Lawn Patriot Station. The station is about one mile east of Rush Oak Lawn, and Pace bus route 381 can take you between there and the station. You can see the train schedule on the Metra website.
