Menopause can be a difficult time for many women. Some will have mild symptoms while others struggle with bothersome symptoms that can affect their quality of life. The purpose of this group is to educate women who may be confused by their symptoms and need a reliable source about menopause.

This support group will be led by a certified menopause practitioner who will discuss the hormonal changes associated with menopause and what to expect each step of the way. Options for treating specific symptoms will be discussed and an informative guide will be given to group members.

Bring your questions or just come for the support. A healthy snack will be served. For more information, please call 312-563-1000.
