Virtual Total Control Platinum

This program for women was designed for those whose daily activities have become a challenge because of bladder control issues. Exercises will strengthen your pelvic floor muscles to help you feel more in control, sleep better and live a more active life. The class involves sitting and standing stretches and movement, but most exercises are done while seated. This class will be virtual through Zoom videoconferencing and requires access to internet, and a webcam on your tablet, computer, or smartphone.

This is a 12 week class, and the cost to register is $30 (only check and money order). You can mail checks or money orders (pay to the order of Rush University Medical Center) to our offices at:
