Section of Gastroenterology

Rush has taken the necessary steps to ensure it's a safe place for treatment. Learn more.

Gastroenterologists at Rush diagnose and treat the full range of gastrointestinal conditions, including Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, celiac disease and many others.

Many of these doctors are also researchers looking for new ways to help people with these diseases.

In addition to nationally recognized physicians, the Section of Gastroenterology includes dietitians and psychologists who help people cope — and live well — with GI problems.
