Provider Spotlight: Diana Pacheco, Personal Trainer

Helping participants feel better and achieve a healthier body

Diana PachecoAs a personal trainer, Diana Pacheco takes great satisfaction in helping people achieve their fitness goals.

At Waterford Place Cancer Resource Center, the ACSM-certified personal trainer will be leading a weekly gentle movement class in Spanish. She hopes to help participants feel better through safe, effective exercises using her many years of training experience.

“I think this is an important service because exercise is medicine,” Pacheco says. “With proper training, you can achieve a healthier body.”

Pacheco became a fitness trainer because she enjoys working with people and helping them meet their goals.

“Fitness is a journey that takes time, commitment and dedication,” she says. “Together, we can work toward achieving our fitness goals.”
