Rush Imaging – Chicago Rubschlager Building is located at 1520 W. Harrison Street. Parking is attached to the Rubschlager Building. To access the parking garage, please enter off the Congress Parkway entrance to the east of Ashland Avenue.

There are several public transportation options near the Rush University Medical Center.
Two Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) train stations are adjacent to the Rush campus:
- Illinois Medical District (Blue Line)
- Polk (Pink Line)
The following CTA bus routes stop at or near Rush:
- #7 Harrison (weekdays)
- #9 Ashland (weekdays and weekends)
- #126 Jackson (weekdays and weekends)
- #157 Streeterville/Taylor (weekdays)
You can also take PACE Route 755, which provides weekday, rush-hour service between Plainfield and Chicago. Inbound buses stop at Harrison and Paulina Streets in the morning, and outbound buses stop in the afternoon.
