PTA Global Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Spartan SGX Coach, Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach, TABATA Bootcamp Instructor. Eddie’s specialties include metabolic training, building lean muscle, functional movement, and overall wellness. A former Reconnaissance Marine, Eddie teaches Spartan SGX at the Healthplex and competes in Spartan DEKA Mile, Spartan DEKA Strong and HYROX.  He helps clients address habits and behavioral changes leading to long-term results and improved overall healthy living.

Jennifer Crowe, Master Personal Trainer

Jennifer Crowe, master personal trainerJennifer is an A.C.S.M. Certified Personal Trainer with additional background in Medical Laboratory Science, including Immunology and Allergy Research at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. Her specialties include bodybuilding, nutrition and weight management, sport specific conditioning for all ages, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and balance, and cardiovascular training. Jennifer will design an individualized program taking into account your specific needs and goals.
 

Zane Lodico, Master Personal Trainer

Specialties include strength and power, speed and agility, sport specific performance training, nutrition, competition preparation. Zane is a highly driven and caring individual that will motivate and provide the tools for you to hit your goals. As a former collegiate football player, Zane offers specialized workout regimens to challenge your body and mind. He understands the power a mindset can have and will teach you how to overcome obstacles. Zane is experienced working with all age groups.

Godwin Odior, Master Personal Trainer

Godwin Odior, master personal trainerISSA/NESTA Certified Personal Trainer. Godwin is a former track and field athlete. His area of expertise includes body building, overall toning, speed development and weight management for all ages. After assessing your goals, he will customize your workout to maximize your body’s full potential.

Diana Pacheco, Personal Trainer

Specialties include aquatic fitness, functional mobility, special populations, low impact training, Parkinson's and movement disorders. Diana has over 10 years experience working with a wide variety of clients. She understands the importance of training in different modalities. Diana provides a full body diverse workout that challenges the body and engages the mind. She is passionate about providing safe, effective workouts.  

Amber Paniagua, Personal Trainer

Call (630) 978-6280 to get started. Choose your own Personal Trainer or, if you need guidance, we will help you select the best match for you.

Your First Session

On the day of your first appointment, wear comfortable workout clothes and meet your Personal Trainer at the Fitness Desk on the Fitness Floor.

Your trainer will help you increase your cardiovascular fitness, increase your flexibility and strength, and improve your quality of life.
