Jennifer is an A.C.S.M. Certified Personal Trainer with additional background in Medical Laboratory Science, including Immunology and Allergy Research at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. Her specialties include bodybuilding, nutrition and weight management, sport specific conditioning for all ages, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and balance, and cardiovascular training. Jennifer will design an individualized program taking into account your specific needs and goals.
A.C.S.M. Certified Personal Trainer. Carrie has a bachelors degree in Health Studies from Eastern Illinois University with a minor in psychology. Among her specialties are strength training, flexibility, core strength and lifestyle education. Carrie also has experience working with older adults and seniors. Her focus is on designing well rounded, practical and efficient programs that fit each client.
ISSA/NESTA Certified Personal Trainer. Godwin is a former track and field athlete. His area of expertise includes body building, overall toning, speed development and weight management for all ages. After assessing your goals, he will customize your workout to maximize your body’s full potential.
B.S. in Exercise Science, Minor in Psychology, N.A.S.M. Certified Personal Trainer. Specialties include strength and power, speed and agility, sport specific performance training, nutrition, competition preparation. Zane is a highly driven and caring individual that will motivate and provide the tools for you to hit your goals. As a former collegiate football player, Zane offers specialized workout regimens to challenge your body and mind. He understands the power a mindset can have and will teach you how to overcome obstacles. Zane is experienced working with all age groups.
ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Aquatic Exercise Association Certified, Arthritis Association Certified, Delay the Disease Certification (Leading Parkinson’s Program). Specialties include aquatic fitness, functional mobility, special populations, low impact training, Parkinson's and movement disorders. Diana has over 10 years experience working with a wide variety of clients. She understands the importance of training in different modalities. Diana provides a full body diverse workout that challenges the body and engages the mind. She is passionate about providing safe, effective workouts.
Associates in Science and Associates in Arts, N.A.S.M Certified Personal Trainer. Stages Cycling and Marathon training 101 certified. Amber’s specialties are Functional Fitness, Endurance, Strength & Conditioning, and Athletic Performance Training for all ages.
ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Certified Group and Solo Instructor. Adam's specialties include strength, flexibility, endurance, kettlebells, boxing and kickboxing. He is a life long health and fitness enthusiast with over 15 years experience in personal training. Having worked with all different types of clients, Adam will be able to create fun and challenging programs to achieve specific goals.
ACE Certified, BS in Exercise Science. Specialties include novice to advanced competitive run training, cycling, flexibility, resistance training, cardiovascular endurance, functional movements. Kathy is energetic and motivated to help her clients reach their fitness goals. She is an avid runner and cyclist who enjoys being outdoors. She will design a program best suited for her client to live a healthy lifestyle.

Specialties include weight loss, resistance training, cardiovascular endurance, agility and reaction training, sports performance enhancement, flexibility and mobility training. Peter believes in the power of exercise to positively transform a person’s mind as well as their body. He is able to assist people in their journey to a healthier life by putting together specialized training programs while also guiding individuals to a more nutritious diet.
