Kids Active Club and Childcare

Kids Active Club is available for children ages 3 to 12. A daily guest fee of $15 will be charged for members whose children are not active members. Visits are a maximum of 3 hours each. Infant and child care for children under age 3 will reopen on Monday, June 28.     

Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., 4:30 to 8 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Saturday: 8 am to 12 p.m.
Sunday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Please remember:

  • No food or snacks will be allowed. A labeled water bottle is recommended.
  • No transporting to swim or any other classes.
  • No personal toys, cell phones or electronics will be allowed in Kids Active Club.

Youth Classes and Programs

Summer Camp

Campers ages 5-12 will participate in a variety of activities, crafts and fitness such as swimming, tennis and Yoga. We will also go on outdoor field trips to parks, mini golf and bowling. 3 or 5 day weekly options are available, as well as before and after care.

Pre-Teen and Teen Fitness

Whether it’s general fitness, strength training, or sports performance training that you are seeking for your pre-teen or teen (ages 8-16), our programs will meet these goals. Healthplex trainer-led classes will focus on a variety of training techniques to increase cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, agility and weight management.

Custom Pod Classes

If you and your friends have a group of 4 to 8 children, create your own custom pod class. These classes provide flexibility in creating an instructor or coach led class, skill development, dance, art, or fitness program for your own private group.
