23 Minute, Full Body HIIT Workout

Perform each exercise for 40 seconds with full Intensity, rest for 20 seconds between each exercise.  After completing all 6 exercises take up to 60 seconds to catch your breath and rehydrate. Repeat the circuit for a total of 3 rounds.


  • Half Burpees
  • Push-ups Jacks
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Jumping Lunges or Alternating lunges
  • Walking Planks
  • V-Up's
