Talk to a live provider and get an online diagnosis now.

Please note: Rush now offers video visits for novel coronavirus concerns. Please use our self-assessment tool to assess your risk or start a visit

How it works

Video visits are fast, easy and convenient.

  • Check in for a video visit and get a notification within 20 minutes that a provider is ready to connect.
  • Chat one-on-one with a live Rush provider. If you need prescriptions, they’ll be sent to your pharmacy of choice.

Video visits are available to adults and children of all ages. New and existing patients are accepted. For the best possible experience, access video visits on the My Rush app, available on the App Store and Google Play.

Virtual visits are not for emergencies. If you have an urgent medical need, call 911 — or visit your nearest emergency department or urgent care facility.

Video visit hours

Video visits are available 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week. On Memorial Day, video visits will be available 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and normal service will resume on Tuesday, 5/26.

If you need care outside of these hours, consider an E-Visit or visit one of our walk-in care locations

Payment

To promote safety and wellness in our community, we will submit claims for video visits directly to your insurance carrier and you will not need to pay an upfront fee for your visit. If we do not have your insurance on file or if you do not currently have coverage, we may follow up with you after your visit. In some instances, copays or co-insurance may apply. The standard patient out of pocket expense for a video visit is $49 or less.
