Talk to a live provider and get an online diagnosis now.

Please note: Rush now offers video visits for novel coronavirus concerns. Please use our self-assessment tool to assess your risk or start a visit

How it works

Video visits are fast, easy and convenient.

  • Check in for a video visit and get a notification within 20 minutes that a provider is ready to connect.
  • Chat one-on-one with a live Rush provider. If you need prescriptions, they’ll be sent to your pharmacy of choice.

Video visits are available to adults and children of all ages. New and existing patients are accepted. For the best possible experience, access video visits on the My Rush app, available on the App Store and Google Play.

Virtual visits are not for emergencies. If you have an urgent medical need, call 911 — or visit your nearest emergency department or urgent care facility.

Video visit hours

Video visits are available 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.

If you need care outside of these hours, consider an E-Visit or visit one of our walk-in care locations

Your payment will be determined at the time of visit. If we’re able to process your insurance, you’ll be charged a co-pay based on your plan. If you do not use insurance for your visit or if we aren’t able to verify your coverage before you receive care, you’ll be charged a $65 deposit. Further charges may be billed after your visit depending on your care and insurance plan.
