On Demand Virtual Specialty Care offers access to experts in urology, ENT, cardiology and dermatology.
Appointments are available to patients living in Illinois only.

Whether you’re looking for a second opinion, have questions about new symptoms or need help with an existing problem, you will be able to schedule your On Demand Virtual Specialty Care appointment online.
Here’s how it works:
- You may answer questions about your health as part of the scheduling process.
- Complete the questions, then select an available appointment time.
- When it’s time for your appointment, simply log on to MyChart or the My RUSH app.
- Join the video chat on your computer, smartphone or tablet.
Through On Demand Virtual Specialty Care, providers can write a prescription and send to your local pharmacy, order medical tests and blood work, and provide second opinions about medical tests or treatments. If you do need an in-person appointment, the provider will work with you to make sure you’re seen quickly at a convenient Rush location.
