Rush Uni­ver­si­ty Medical Center Imaging - Out­pa­tient Chicago

Parking for Rush University Medical Center Imaging is located at the main parking garage. The garage is across the street from the main entrance to Rush University Medical Center at 1620 W. Harrison St.

Rush University Medical Center Imaging is in the Professional Building. The building is connected to the parking garage via the Paulina Street bridge.

If you are being dropped off, enter through the main entrance to the Professional Building at 1725 W. Harrison St. Valet parking is also available at this entrance.

There are several public transportation options near the Rush University Medical Center.  

Two Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) train stations are adjacent to the Rush campus:  

• Illinois Medical District (Blue Line)
• Polk (Pink Line)

The following CTA bus routes stop at or near Rush:

• #7 Harrison (weekdays)
• #9 Ashland (weekdays and weekends)
• #126 Jackson (weekdays and weekends)
• #157 Streeterville/Taylor (weekdays)

You can also take PACE Route 755, which provides weekday, rush-hour service between Plainfield and Chicago. Inbound buses stop at Harrison and Paulina Streets in the morning, and outbound buses stop in the afternoon.

Rush Imaging provides many types of imaging tests to diagnose and assess a range of conditions. Imaging is used to screen and diagnose cancer, cardiovascular disease, brain and spine conditions, bone and joint conditions, injuries and more.

Your visit will depend on the type of test your provider has recommended. Your imaging provider will take time to answer your questions. You will receive your test results soon after your visit, typically within 24 hours.
