This support group is open to all liver transplant candidates and recipients and their families. The group offers an opportunity for current and former patients to meet others who are waiting for transplant or who are going through post transplant, and to learn more about the liver transplant process and coping strategies. Everyone will have the opportunity to share stories, feelings and concerns. This group is facilitated by the hospital chaplain, an advanced practice nurse and the outpatient liver transplant social worker.
