Meet Our Team
Omar earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris College. Omar has over 25 years of experience working for Rush Copley and most recently as the Financial Counseling Coordinator. Omar is bilingual in Spanishand English and in his role as the Program Development and Operations Manager, Omar provides programmatic and administrative vision to all areas of the center.
Erica has 13 years of experience providing administrative support in various medical settings and is bilingual in Spanish and English. In her role as the Program and Administrative Support Coordinator, Erica will be providing programmatic and administrative support for our evening programming.
Deanna earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Deanna has over 20 years of experience in the health and human services field with a focus on program development and implementation, community relations, case management and administration. In her role as the Program Coordinator, Deanna provides program development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the services offered at Waterford Place.
