We use evidence-based techniques to build healthy habits, specializing in promoting active lifestyles, healthy eating, management of chronic stress, and smoking cessation. The team's experts will work with you to create a tailored plan focused on goals that are meaningful to you.
The center offers screening, prevention and treatment for a variety of conditions:
- Gestational diabetes
- Heart disease
- High blood pressure
- High cholesterol
- Tobacco use
We also support patients through referral for cancer screening (lung, breast, colorectal) and other specialized preventive services available at Rush.
