An eight-week program incorporating nutrition, physical activity and behavior change recommendations
Participants work one-on-one with a registered dietitian, clinical psychologist and physician to learn how to make long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes. The program also includes metabolism testing, a pedometer, body fat testing, a lifestyle handbook and email support.
One-on-one weight-loss counseling
Work with a registered dietitian or behavioral weight-loss specialist to develop a lifestyle that helps you reach your weight-loss goal. Our philosophy recognizes that losing weight is not just about knowing what to eat and how to exercise, but about developing behavioral skills that enable you to sustain these healthy changes.
Nutrition counseling to help you adapt your diet
Our registered dietitian will help you adapt your diet patterns to manage health conditions, prevent disease and improve your overall well-being. Specific services available include the following:
- Meal planning and menu development
- Metabolism testing to scientifically measure how many calories you need to achieve your weight goals
- Healthy cooking classes in our full-service, on-site kitchen
- Grocery store tours to help you navigate the grocery store, read food labels and make healthier choices for you and your family
A personalized fitness evaluation and exercise recommendations from a personal trainer
Work one-on-one with our personal trainer to get a personalized fitness evaluation, exercise recommendations and guided exercise routine in our state-of-the-art fitness facility. Group exercise classes are also available.
