Current Administrative Fellows

Harleen Gulati, MHA

Harleen Gulati earned her Master of Healthcare Administration from Saint Louis University (SLU). She was part of the accelerated Master of Healthcare Administration Program and started her Master's in her senior year of undergrad at Saint Louis University. In her time at SLU, she was a student ambassador for the master's program, helping with recruiting internal SLU students for the program and serving on a panel for prospective students. Gulati has also continued to work as a data entry intern at A5 Healthcare, working closely with physician credentialing and data management/approvals.

Gulati completed her summer internship at Milliman Inc. in Indianapolis as a healthcare account executive intern in their pharmaceutical consulting division. She worked closely in the prostate cancer oncology space, leading research in health equity and access. She also helped research the effects of the IRA Act on Medicare Part B and D drugs for clients and competitors. Gulati also helped with new product pipeline interviews and marketing for client drug launches.

Gulati received her Bachelor of Healthcare Management and a minor in Marketing from Saint Louis University. In her free time she loves to try new restaurants, travel to new places, dance, paint and volunteer at local kitchens to cook and deliver food around the community.

Kyle Law, MHA

Kyle Law is a Master of Healthcare Administration candidate at The George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health. During graduate school he served as vice president of the MHA Student Association, with the primary goal of helping his classmates discover fellowship opportunities. Law achieved this by creating a master tracker of 100+ administrative fellowships and led the coordination of a virtual fellowship fair with 27 organizations.

During his summer administrative internship with UCLA Health, Law worked on the performance excellence team. In his first project, he engaged leaders and frontline staff across multiple care settings to analyze the root causes of clinical denials and identify systemwide opportunities to improve workflows. In his second project, he collaborated with three co-interns to evaluate UCLA Health’s Service Recovery Toolkit, developing recommendations to strengthen staff training, resource awareness and service recovery options. Through gemba walks and frontline interviews, Law learned that meaningful process improvement begins with understanding the experiences of both the teams delivering care and the patients receiving it.

Law is from Great Neck, Long Island. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY Binghamton. In his free time, he enjoys strength training, exploring new restaurants with friends and watching the latest movies in theaters.

Madison Kutil, MHA

Madison Kutil graduated with her Master of Healthcare Administration and Certificate in Emergency Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in graduate school she contributed to academic research through co-authoring a chapter in Continuous Quality Improvement in Health Care, centered on improving team effectiveness. Kutil led and presented project initiatives including a patient care appointment scheduling improvement project for Cone Health and the development of a multidisciplinary clinic for Mayo Clinic, with an emphasis on enhancing care coordination, access and operational efficiency.

Kutil completed her summer internship at UChicago Medicine in Chicago. She conducted workforce analyses across 100+ position groups, led Lean Six Sigma process improvement initiatives and supported physician credentialing and governance alignment. She also collaborated with strategy teams to evaluate service line expansion opportunities.

Kutil earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Florida in May 2024. In her free time she enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Sidney Dobbins, MHSA

Sidney Dobbins earned her Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan. While in graduate school she served as the corporate and alumni relations coordinator for the Michigan Healthcare Executive Student Association, where she organized networking and professional development opportunities to foster connections between students and alumni and promote professional growth.

Prior to graduate school, Dobbins worked for two years as a clinical research coordinator at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, where she coordinated recruitment, data collection and regulatory compliance for multiple clinical trials. She completed her administrative internship with Michigan Medicine’s Department of Psychiatry, where she designed a data dashboard to monitor operational performance for a new Child and Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program. During her internship, Dobbins also led a project that focused on developing a current state assessment and recommendations to improve operational efficiency for the system’s House Officer Mental Health Program.

Dobbins completed her undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she majored in Psychology and minored in Business and Global Health. In her free time she enjoys taking nature walks, trying new restaurants and spending quality time with her family and friends.
