Visit our MyChart signup page to get started. Rush partners with CLEAR to securely verify your identity. You’ll enter your personal information, verify your identity and choose a username and password for your account.

For a limited time, your first month of Rush Connect+ costs just $1 using the promo code "WELCOME". After that, you can choose between a monthly or annual membership. Rush Connect+ costs $19/month or $189/year. You’ll save more than 15% by choosing an annual membership.

As a Rush Connect+ member, you receive virtual urgent care visits at a reduced cost — just $18 for an e-visit (online questionnaire reviewed by a provider) or $40 for a video visit.

No, virtual specialty care is not included in your Connect+ membership. Your personal assistant can help you find the right provider and schedule an appointment in-person or virtually — whichever you prefer.

Rush Connect+ members can access virtual urgent care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, nationwide.

It’s easy. Look for the Rush Connect+ section in the My Rush mobile app or your MyChart account in the menu. Tap to start a visit, then select the reason for your visit and complete the questionnaire. You’ll receive a written treatment plan, and a copy will be made available in your MyChart account.

Yes. You can access your virtual visit records at any time through your account.

Yes, your Rush primary care provider will receive a notification of your visit and will be able to view the after-visit summary, including prescriptions.

Rush Connect+ is designed for routine, non-emergency care. If your condition requires more specialized attention, your Rush Connect+ personal assistant can help connect you to the right provider at Rush and confirm your insurance coverage, if needed.

While you may not select a specific provider for virtual urgent care visits, all Rush Connect+ providers are board-certified and trained to treat a wide range of conditions with compassion and expertise.

Rush Connect+ is a low-cost virtual health membership program that includes access to 24/7 virtual urgent care, along with daily access to a helpful Rush Connect+ personal assistant.

Rush Connect+ provides around-the-clock access when you're not feeling well, with no waiting. With Rush Connect+, you have access to virtual urgent care anywhere in the U.S. Plus, you get access to a personal assistant who is available seven days a week to answer your questions.

For non-members seeking virtual urgent care, Rush Connect Virtual Urgent Care is only available for patients in Illinois and Indiana. In Illinois, virtual urgent care operates from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Self-pay visits with Rush Connect Virtual Urgent Care cost $99.

Meanwhile, your personal Rush Connect+ personal assistant can connect you with other Rush services — including Rush’s excellent primary care and top-ranked specialty care providers — virtually and in person. 

Children under 12, and adults over 18 that are a member of your household are included in your Rush Connect+ family subscription.

After you register yourself, you can add children 11 and younger to your Rush Connect+ profile.

Once you complete the sign up for yourself and children, you will receive an email with specific directions on how to add additional adults 18 years and older in your household at no additional cost. Each adult will have their own Rush Connect+ account that they can access via their MyChart log in. Only the primary adult account holder can start a virtual visit for children in the family subscription.

You can easily transfer your Rush Connect+ individual subscription to a family subscription. Call (888) 522-3530 and a customer service representative will assist you with the process. They can also help you add eligible family members to your subscription.

If preferred, we can assist you with the transfer via chat. Navigate to the Help Center after logging into Rush Connect+ and select the chat widget in the bottom right corner to get started.

Rush Connect+ is not available for children ages 12-17.

Rush Connect+ family subscription costs $24.08/month with an annual membership ($289 billed annually) or $29/month. You can add as many children under 11 and adult household members over 18 for the same cost.

Look for the Rush Connect+ section in the My Rush mobile app or your MyChart account in the menu. Tap to start a visit. You can start a visit for yourself or select “Change Patient” to select a registered dependent. Once you select their name, you will have the option to start a visit. Only the primary account holder can start a visit for a child.

No, insurance is not needed. Rush Connect+ offers simple, upfront, discounted pricing for virtual urgent care visits that will be billed to your personal credit card. If you ever need Rush care beyond what's included, your Rush Connect+ personal assistant can help coordinate services and check your insurance benefits.

Any Rush care you receive beyond the Rush Connect+ virtual urgent care visits (for example, visits with a primary care provider or specialist, labs, or imaging) are not included in your membership and will incur fees that may be covered by your insurance provider.

Yes, Rush Connect+ virtual urgent care visits will be billed to Medicare. Once Medicare processes the claim and remits its portion, any remaining balance will become the patient's responsibility. You will then receive a subsequent bill directly from our billing partner for this amount. If you have supplemental Medicare coverage, you may need to submit your Rush Connect+ invoice to your supplemental plan for further coverage determination.

Rush Connect+ provides instant access 24/7 to virtual urgent care and seven days a week to a personal assistant who can provide a helping hand with your health care needs. The Rush Connect+ membership fee helps staff these services with experts who are here for you.

Rush will charge your credit card for the Rush Connect+ membership fee — either monthly or annually, depending on your choice during sign-up.

Rush partners with a third-party network of providers to deliver Rush Connect+ virtual urgent care that is available to you wherever you are — nationwide. We work closely together to ensure you have a great experience and always receive the highest quality care you have come to expect from Rush. For these visits, you will receive a credit card charge or bill from Virtual Care Services, rather than from Rush. For questions, you can call the number on the bill or reach out to your Rush Connect+ personal assistant, seven days a week.

Your Rush Connect+ personal assistant is here to help you navigate a sometimes confusing and complex health care system. They can help you find the right specialist, schedule appointments, understand bills and otherwise be your consistent point of contact at Rush.

Rush Connect+ personal assistants are available seven days a week: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Saturday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to noon.

You can contact your personal assistant by phone or through live chat in the My Rush mobile app seven days a week.

Rush Connect+ providers can prescribe certain medications as part of your care plan, if clinically appropriate. We do not provide prescriptions for pain medications or narcotics.

After you sign up for Rush Connect+, select “Rush MOB Pharmacy” as your preferred pharmacy when starting a visit. The Rush Medical Office Building (MOB) Pharmacy, located in Oak Park, will make sure your prescription is shipped to wherever you are. Our pharmacy team will call to confirm your prescription cost and delivery details.

When you receive a prescription through virtual urgent care or any Rush provider, our pharmacy team can ship it to your doorstep. Certain medications may not be eligible for delivery.

Prescription delivery is available in Illinois, Indiana, Arizona, Florida and Wisconsin.

You’ll receive your medication in 3-5 days. If you need your medication sooner, you can select next-day delivery for a $10 fee or have your prescription filled at a Rush pharmacy or other pharmacy of your choice.

Annual membership costs $75/month for Rush Connect+ members with a 12-month contract. Month-to-month membership costs $95 for Rush Connect+ members, plus a $75 enrollment fee.

There is no enrollment fee when you choose annual membership.

Rush Connect+ members can also receive the Galleri ® cancer screening at home. This test screens for over 50 types of cancer. Rush Connect+ members can choose an at-home blood draw — no lab visit required.

You’ll also have access to our wellness library, with easy-to-understand videos on meditation, mindfulness, sleep health, managing depression and anxiety, and more.

Function Health provides lab testing to unlock insights into your health and spot health risks early. Function Health members receive annual lab testing, checking more than 160 markers. You can also add imaging services.

The Galleri multi-cancer early detection test screens for more than 50 different types of cancer. With just a blood draw, the test scans for DNA markers of cancer, often detecting cancer before symptoms appear. The test does not replace routine screenings, like mammograms and colonoscopies.
