For more than 20 years, the talented team of professionals at the Rush Center for Advanced Reproductive Care has provided comprehensive reproductive care. We are committed to doing everything possible to help you have a baby — from pinpointing the causes of infertility to figuring out the best way for you to conceive. Our team of specialists will provide you with the guidance, support and expertise you need as you undergo testing and treatment.
We specialize in routine infertility care and high-risk and complex cases, including patients who have not had success with conventional IVF procedures. We work with women of all ages, including women who are 40 and older and those who suffer from severe forms of infertility. We also work closely with colleagues in urology to treat male infertility.
In addition to the assisted reproductive laboratory, we have a full-service clinical andrology laboratory within the Rush Center for Advanced Reproductive Care that offers a variety of comprehensive diagnostic tests, therapeutic processing of semen samples and cryobanking.

You will need a referral from your physician to receive assisted reproductive technology procedures in the Rush Center for Advanced Reproductive Care. Find a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist at Rush.
To make an appointment at the andrology laboratory, please call (312) 563-4024, between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. If you are calling after 3 p.m., please leave a voicemail and we will return your call the next business day.
If you call after hours to request an insemination scheduled for the next day, we will return your call when the office next opens. We will accommodate all inseminations on the requested day.

Call the andrology lab at (312) 563-4024 to schedule semen analysis, sperm washing and sperm cryopreservation appointments.
Call the embryology lab at (312) 942-6609 to pay for continued storage of embryos, transfer embryo to other centers, embryo disposition or have embryos transferred to Rush from other embryo storage facilities or centers.

An enclosed parking garage, on the southeast corner of Paulina and Harrison streets, has a covered walkway that connects to the Professional Building, where our practice is located. To view the garage on Google Maps, go to Rush Patient and Visitor Parking.
We offer reduced rates to our patients by validating your parking ticket before you leave. There is no time limit on validation. Discount parking coupon booklets may be purchased at the guest relations desks in the fourth floor Atrium Building lobby and the fourth floor Armour Academic Center entrance from the parking garage. Discount coupons are not valid for valet parking. Valet parking is available outside the lobby of the Professional Building at 1725 W. Harrison St. We do not validate for valet parking.
The Rush University Medical Center campus is accessible via the Chicago Transit Authority’s Blue Line (Illinois Medical District stop) or Pink Line (Polk stop).
