Due to construction work related to Rush’s new cancer and neurosciences building, some lanes will be closed on Ashland Avenue near Harrison Street, as well as Congress Parkway. We provide coordination of care and referral services to adult men and women ages 16 and older.

  • Age-appropriate check-ups and screenings (including memory loss and depression screenings)

  • Gynecologic care (including Pap smears and breast examinations)

  • Nutrition education

  • In-office testing (blood glucose, urinalysis, INR, pregnancy testing)

  • Basic wound care (including suture removal)
  • Nebulizer treatments

​There is an enclosed garage on the southeast corner of Paulina and Harrison streets, with a walkway that connects to the Professional Building, where our offices are located. We offer reduced rates to our patients; ask the front desk staff to validate your parking ticket before you leave our offices.
