We provide coordination of care and referral services to adult men and women ages 16 and older.
- Age-appropriate check-ups and screenings (including memory loss and depression screenings)
- Chronic disease management
- Preoperative clearance
- Anticoagulation management
- Gynecologic care (including Pap smears and breast examinations)
- Family planning
- Nutrition education
- In-office testing (blood glucose, urinalysis, INR, pregnancy testing)
- Ear lavage
- Basic wound care (including suture removal)
- Nebulizer treatments
Associates in Internal Medicine Hours
Monday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday: 7:20 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Thursday: 7:20 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. to noon (one Saturday a month)
Parking Information for Associates in Internal Medicine
There is an enclosed garage on the southeast corner of Paulina and Harrison streets, with a walkway that connects to the Professional Building, where our offices are located. We offer reduced rates to our patients; ask the front desk staff to validate your parking ticket before you leave our offices.
Getting to Associates in Internal Medicine via Public Transportation
The Rush campus is served by the Chicago Transit Authority’s Blue line (Illinois Medical District stop) and Pink line (Polk stop).
