This is a prospective, multi-center, open-label, data-collection study assessing real-world performance of the Route 92 Medical aspiration systems by removing thrombus in subjects experiencing ischemic stroke. Route 92 Medical Systems are indicated for use in the revascularization of patients with acute ischemic stroke secondary to intracranial large vessel occlusive disease within the internal carotid artery and middle cerebral artery M1 segment within 8 hours of symptom onset. Patients who are ineligible for thrombolytic drug therapy or who failed thrombolytic drug therapy are candidates for treatment

In order to participate you must meet All of the following inclusion criteria:

• Are > 18 years of age
• Have been treated for an acute ischemic stroke according to the site and physician’s standard of care with the physician having decided to use Route 92 product for the first attempted pass.
• Have had endovascular treatment initiated (defined as time of access site puncture) within 8 hours from time last known well.
• Have given consent allowing data collection documented within 72 hours of the thrombectomy procedure.

Exclusion from study will be determined by study's operating surgeon.
