MAGICAL ISR Clinical Trial for Treatment of Blocked Arteries

The purpose of this study is to compare how well and how safely the MagicTouch™️ Sirolimus-Coated Balloon works when used with standard balloon treatment in people who have return of blockage in a previously placed stent.

In order to participate you must meet the following criteria:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have an indication for PCI due to suspected in-stent restenosis.

You will be excluded from the study if any of the following criteria apply to you:

• Have persistent hypotension.
• Have a hemoglobin count <9 g/dL.
• Have a platelet count <100,000 cells/mm3 or >700,000 cells/mm3.
• Have a white blood cell count <3,000 cells/mm3.
• Have active infection and are undergoing treatment.
