Lupus Data Repository Study
The purpose of the storage bank is to collect demographic and clinical information about you in order to perform retrospective (looking at information from the past) research studies on lupus. You also can choose to be contacted for current and future research pertaining to the diagnosis and management of lupus. Rheumatologists and researchers are currently involved in research to better understand the biology and biochemistry of lupus which may lead to better treatments and possible cures. Some people feel it is important and valuable to contribute to research and the search for better medical understanding. The information gained from research studies may benefit other people in the future.
In order to participate you must meet the following criteria:
- Been diagnosed with a SLE-Lupus.
You will be excluded from the study if any of the following criteria apply to you:
- Do not desire to participate in research either retrospective or future studies.
This is a partial list of inclusion and exclusion criteria.
