Clinical Trial Protocol Description:

The ILLUMERA Study is a clinical research study testing an investigational medication designed to help reduce hallucinations and delusions in people with Lewy body dementia. An investigational medication is one that is still being studied and has not yet been approved for general use. Studies like ILLUMERA help researchers learn whether a potential treatment is safe and effective.

Clinical Trial Eligibility Criteria:

In order to participate you must meet the following criteria:

Have a designated study partner/caregiver.
Meet the criteria for Parkinson's disease with dementia (as defined by Movement Disorder Society's Task Force), probable dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB), meet revised criteria for psychosis in major or mild neurocognitive disorder.
Have psychotic symptoms for > 2mo prior to Screening.
Have an MMSE score ≥6 and ≤28 at V1 and V2.
