Clinical Trial Protocol Description:

This study examines relationships between how adults spend their free time, health habits, and cardiovascular and metabolic health. Participants are asked to complete fingerstick blood tests to measure cholesterol and blood sugar levels, surveys about health habits, and daily mobile device surveys about their engagement in different activities. A subset of participants will be invited to join a 6-month study extension. Participants are compensated for their time.

Clinical Trial Eligibility Criteria:

In order to participate you must meet the following criteria:

  • Are 18 years of age or older.
  • Live within 10 miles of Rush.
  • Are fluent in English.
  • Have a working Android or iOS mobile device and are willing to use it for study activities.
