- Provided RN support to increase engagement and in-person attendance at committee meetings by utilizing the committee expectations and consent-to-serve form
- Partnered with the Rush Creative Media team to support PNS events and DAISY awards, including photo opportunities
- Increased engagement on PNS Instagram account, achieving 116% follower growth, 22 posts in FY 25, and more than 12,000 views
- Assisted in expanded visibility of, and understanding about, the role of Nursing Senior Leadership through intentional rounding, Town Halls, and micro–Town Halls
- Utilized a one-page flyer to support the monthly review of the Department of Nursing budget
- Reviewed all Nursing staffing grids by unit
- Participated in Magnet Day in Springfield, educating lllinois representatives on nurse staffing ratios
