This past year was a year full of constant change and challenge. The FY 2020 Nursing Annual Report celebrates how our Rush nurses came together to face those changes and challenges. From providing the highest level of care to our patients as the COVID-19 pandemic descended upon us, to quickly pioneering better ways to care for our patients beyond data outcomes. How to provide the most effective care to our COVID-19 patients, when new information was emerging every day. How to keep ourselves and our patients safe. It was a time when we depended on our “health care heroes”.
