Because of you, Rush’s people and programs can continue to perform lifesaving work.
Rush is proud to recognize the hundreds of patients, alumni, staff, employees and friends of Rush who support our mission through annual gifts. Our recognition societies celebrate members’ generosity with a number of privileges, including special communications and invitations to exclusive events.
Whether funding specific initiatives or providing unrestricted donations, Anchor Cross Society members help us deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care, while advancing research, education and community outreach. Members’ annual contributions of $1,000 or more provide the philanthropic foundation upon which Rush’s people and programs thrive. Member privileges and recognition are tailored by level of giving.
Planned gifts offer an outstanding opportunity to help secure Rush’s future. Members of the Rush Heritage Society have done just that by providing for Rush in their estate plans, deferred giving and other planned gifts.
Members of the Benjamin Rush Society support scholarships and programs that prepare the next generation of physicians for the challenges of medicine. The Benjamin Rush Society recognizes donors whose annual gifts of $1,000 support the educational mission of Rush Medical College and graduate medical education. All Benjamin Rush Society members are also welcomed as members of the Anchor Cross Society.
Golden Lamp Society members help us educate nurses who will lead in the complex health care environments of the future. Members make annual contributions of $300 or more in support of the students and programs of Rush University College of Nursing. Golden Lamp Society members who make gifts of $1,000 or more are also recognized through membership in the Anchor Cross Society.
