E-Visits at Rush are available to anyone 18 and older, whether or not they have seen a doctor at Rush in the past. Get started with your online doctor visit using the following steps:
Virtual visits are not for emergencies. If you have an urgent medical need, call 911 — or visit your nearest emergency department or urgent care facility.
If you complete an online physician visit outside these hours or on certain holidays, you will receive an online diagnosis within an hour after E-Visit services resume the following day.
If you need treatment for a condition other than these, you can make an appointment or visit one of Rush’s walk-in care locations.
*Only for established patients who have visited Rush in the last three years.
E-Visits cost just $30 per visit. Rush doesn’t bill insurance for online doctor visits. Your credit, debit or health savings account (HSA) will be charged after you receive your diagnosis.
If it turns out that we need to see you in person before we can diagnose your condition, we’ll help you schedule an appointment, and you will not be charged for your E-Visit.
You can also save a trip to the pediatrician's office and get an online doctor's visit from the comfort of your own home with E-Visits at Rush for kids.
