Sandra Mata, MS, is a grants specialist with the administrative team of the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center. She provides departmental grant program support and handles a variety of established office management functions for the RADC. She began at Rush University Medical Center in the Department of Preventive Medicine in 1998. She has also worked in research administration for the Rush Research Clinical Trials Administration office and the Rush Research Mentoring Program before joining the RADC in 2013. While working at Rush, Sandra earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminology, law and justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master of Science degree in research administration from Rush University.
