Khadija Nur

Khadija Nur is a phlebotomist/research assistant with the epidemiologic studies of the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center. She collects, processes, tracks and ships biological specimen, including blood, and collects neuropsychological, physical and lifestyle data from participants of various epidemiologic studies of the RADC, including the Rush Religious Study, Rush Memory and Aging Project, Minority Aging Research Study, Rush Clinical Core, and Rush Latino Core. Khadija began work as a phlebotomist/research assistant with the RADC in 2016. Before working with the RADC, she earned a bachelor’s degree in biology/zoology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and worked in phlebotomy, assisting in recruitment efforts for blood donors and collecting blood at a local blood bank.
