RUSH Copley Healthplex pickleball courts

Pickleball is a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis and badminton on a modified court. If you’re a beginner who wants to learn a new sport for fun, or an experienced player seeking competitive play, then this is for you.

Open Play

For all players and levels who want to participate in drop-in games without having to find opponents. The perfect place to meet new friends and have fun. Reservations may be made up to one week in advance. Use our mobile app or call the registration desk. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

Indoor and Outdoor Play Hours

Monday through Friday:
5:30 to 8:30 a.m.
8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
2:30 to 5:30 p.m.
5:30 to 8:30 p.m.*
(*Friday not available)

Saturday/Sunday:
6 to 9 a.m.
9 a.m. to 12p.m.
12 to 3 p.m.
3 to 6 p.m.

PIckleball 101

For new players looking to learn the basics of pickleball including safety, the rules, scoring and fundamentals of playing pickleball. Paddles provided.

Pickleball 102

Players will expand the basic knowledge of the game by learning more advanced shots and developing game strategies. Paddles provided.

Cardio Pickleball

Fitness clinics utilize short cycles of high-intensity drills and alternating periods of rest. Guaranteed to get your heart pumping for a great workout!

PIckleball Leagues

Pickleball leagues are a round robin format. In the time allocated to each round robin league (2 hours) 6 games will be played, each with a different partner and against a different pair of opponents.

Beginner Pickleball League (Beginner-3.0)
A beginner is a player who has just started to play pickleball. They have limited experience and are continuing to learn the game as they play.

Intermediate Pickleball League (3.5+)
An intermediate player should display consistent and dependable strokes, directional control and depth on all phases of the game. Players should demonstrate 3rd shot strategies and drop shots. The intermediate player should have a full understanding of the rules of the game and possess a high skill level.
