Join Rush Diabetes Center experts for a monthly program designed to explore diabetes management in a group setting. Discussions will cover healthy habits, establishing long-term health goals, nutrition and making lifestyle changes that support living with diabetes.

The group meets every third Thursday of the month from 2 to 3:30 p.m.

Registration is required. For more information, please call (800) 757-0202. Refreshments will be offered. Parking in the Rush garage is available with validation.
