There are plenty of ways you can kick off the new year on the right foot! Join us for a special lecture to discuss four major areas you can prepare for the new year: empowering yourself, managing your stress, scheduling an annual wellness visit, and planning for the future.

Parking is available in the Rush garage on the southeast corner of S. Paulina and W. Harrison. Valet parking is also available in front of 1725 W. Harrison Street. Parking at both of these venues will be validated in full.
