Diabetes is a chronic condition that affects nearly 10% of the US Population and more than 25% of older adults! Even though diabetes is so prevalent, the methods of how we manage diabetes are very individual and sometimes difficult to navigate, which can be overwhelming. Join us for an interprofessional lecture where you will learn to better understand diabetes, as well as learn how to best manage and prevent it.
