Improve your concentration, balance, and range of motion with Tai Chi, a graceful form of exercise originating in ancient China. This class is for everyone: those who are already exercising, who have not exercised in recent years, or have physical limitations.
The course fee of $30 will be collected at the first session. Scholarships are available for those with limited income.
There will be no class on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 23rd.
