Renew Your Wellness with WRAP® for Seniors (Wellness Recovery Action Plan)

WRAP® is proven to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and health problems. Classes are taught over four fun and meaningful sessions.

WRAP® stands for "Wellness Recovery Action Plan," and is a free program anyone can use to get well and stay well, making life more enjoyable. In this workshop, you will
-Identify simple tools to support healthier and happier aging
-Build on personal strengths and interests
-Feel more hopeful, confident, and engaged in your healthcare

This program is open to participants 60 years of age or greater.
