Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese practice that involves breathing, awareness and movement. It has been used to manage the effects of chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and arthritis, and also offers stress management, balance and general health maintenance benefits.

The class fee is $30, which will be collected by Rush Generations staff on the first day of class. Scholarships are available for those with financial limitations.
