The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Rush University Medical Center hosts its 43nd annual community outreach event to celebrate the lives of its former pediatric patients and their families on Sunday, Oct 1st, from 1 to 4 p.m.

This event reunites the NICU's tiniest patients with their doctors, nurses, therapists and other NICU families and is an opportunity to remember each child's graduation from the Rush NICU. Developmental and safety education is provided to families in support of Rush's commitment to community outreach.

Refreshments include hot dogs, veggie dogs, chicken nuggets, chips, apple slices, popcorn, juice, soda, milk, chocolate milk and water. There will be games, crafts, photos and live music, and drawing prizes is also part of this rewarding day. We invite you to experience the excitement and celebrate Rush's NICU miracles!

For more information, please call (888) 352-RUSH (7874). Free parking will be provided in Rush's main parking garage.
