Chicago, IL 60612

October 16, 2019 - 1:00pm

As we age, our ability to regulate and control our emotions, as well as our emotional reactions, greatly impacts our health. Additionally, seniors are vulnerable to the mental health repercussions of social isolation, grief, loss, and our changing bodies. Additionally, those that provide family care for those with ailments can also exhibit signs of depression. Join us for a panel to discuss prevalent mental health issues in older adults and caregivers and what resources are available.
