While many leave their New Year's resolutions behind before January is even over, learn some strategies to make long-lasting changes to improve your health. In addition to exercise and nutrition, hear about ways to reduce stress and improve emotional health through mindfulness, as well as learn strategies for setting and achieving your goals.
