Take Charge of Your Health is a free workshop for people with ongoing health conditions like hypertension, asthma, emphysema, diabetes, arthritis, or more. Learn how to build skills and gain confidence in managing your health and leading an active, fulfilling life. This class will meet once a week for 6 continuous weeks for 2.5 hours, and attendance to all 6 sessions is expected.

This is a six-week workshop, and attendance to at least four sessions is expected.
