Every year, nearly 800,000 people in the United States suffer from a stroke. Do you know if you are at risk?

Join us for a free 15-minute stroke risk assessment with the Rush Comprehensive Stroke Program, where you will have the opportunity to
-Review your blood pressure and other factors that contribute to stroke risk
-Learn changes we can make to prevent a future stroke
-Receive a basic plan for follow-up

In order to get the most benefit from the screening, we ask you bring a record of your recent blood pressure readings.
